Insurance Requirement
A valid home insurance policy with travel coverage that includes potential damage to the property is required.
If you are able to provide proof of such insurance, no security deposit will be necessary.

The property is typically rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
Weekly Rates (Cleaning Included):
High Season (May 31 – August 30): €2,500 per week
Low Season: €2,100 per week

Q. INSURANCE
If you have Swedish home insurance with all-risk coverage and travel protection, no deposit is required. You will need to send us a copy of your insurance policy, regardless of whether you live in Sweden or another EU country. If you live outside the EU, we will arrange an alternative solution.
Q. EATING AND DRINKING
The kitchen is well-equipped and a joy to cook in. There's also a gas grill on the terrace just outside the kitchen. Don’t forget to turn off the gas after grilling! In the garden, you’ll find various herbs that are perfect for use in cooking.
The area offers many excellent local ingredients, and it’s a pleasure to visit the nearby shops for your groceries.
Lillegårdens Kött & Chark i Trönninge - A farm shop with locally produced meat. They also sell fresh eggs.
Läjets fisk i Träslövsläge - Freshly caught fish and seafood
Kungsgatans Frukt och Grönt - A cozy and affordable vegetable shop in the town center.
For larger grocery shopping, you’ll find COOP or Willys nearby.
Q. ACTIVITIES
There are many activities to choose from.
You can swim at Norra Hamnen, about 250 meters north of the house. There is also a grill area and a playground for children. Be sure to wear water shoes, as there are plenty of oysters with sharp shells that could cut your feet.
If you enjoy kayaking, you can rent one from Kayakomaten at Getterön.

Q. HOW DOES CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT WORK?
The house is keyless, meaning you will receive a code to unlock the door. Check-in is available from 17:00 on Saturday, and you can come and go as you wish during the week.
Check-out is by 11:00 on Saturday.

Q. IS THERE WIFI?
Yes, there is WiFi, and you will receive the code upon check-in.
Q. HOW DOES THE LIGHTING WORK?
Many of the lights are connected to Google Home, meaning you can control them with your voice. This also applies to the speakers and TV.
Other lights are controlled via KNX switches, which may have a slight delay after pressing the button, so please be patient. Some buttons have more than one function, and most lights are dimmable.
